in the last weekVery disappointing experience with TS Rahaman. Two days before my entrance exam, I emailed the institute to inform them that my old email account was blocked due to a technical issue and requested that all communication be sent to my new email address. Unfortunately, I received no response. On the day of the exam, the exam link was sent exactly at 11:00 AM, which was the scheduled exam time. This created a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion. I had been calling the institute since morning, but no one answered my calls before the exam. After 11:00 AM, one of the teachers finally answered, but the behavior was rude and unhelpful. As a student, I expected much better communication and support from such a reputed institute. The admission and examination process should be more organized, and students should be treated respectfully. I hope the institute improves its communication and student support system.
