Institutes, coaches, and sellers are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of their listings, descriptions, and claims
  • Updating information such as courses, dates, pricing, and availability
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations

NavyCourses reserves the right to:

  • Edit, suspend, or remove listings that are misleading, inappropriate, or violate platform policies
  • Approve or reject sellers and content providers at its discretion

Products, Payments & Transactions

Some learning resources (such as recorded courses, books, or digital material) may be sold through the platform.

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways
  • NavyCourses does not store sensitive payment information
  • Delivery, access, refunds, and support for products are primarily the responsibility of the seller, subject to platform policies and dispute resolution processes.

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the seller’s refund policy.

Payment Processing, Holds & Disputes

Where payments are processed through NavyCourses, the platform may temporarily hold payouts to sellers, institutes, or service providers for a reasonable period to allow for dispute resolution, verification, fraud checks, or compliance with payment gateway requirements.

NavyCourses reserves the right to delay, adjust, or withhold payouts in cases involving user complaints, refund requests, chargebacks, policy violations, or suspected misuse of the platform.
