a month agoThose agent are not responsible there nothing to helping you there doing only stcw ,but for the 100% job garanty there give you false promise no one helping you for the job ,if there falior then point out to you on me 1000 time excused for my age when I have good experience,I know and every one knows cruise liner are not looking your age there need only you medicaly fit person, my experience on this agency it's too horrible and discussing

4 months agoA team member from Great Ship Management, Ms. Summana Das, has been helpful to an extent,On the 14th, we informed her that we won't be able to attend the session (19th to 21st March) due to the non-availability of train tickets from Bangalore to Kolkata. Additionally, the airfare was extremely high and not affordable. We therefore requested a refund, which was declined on the grounds that the session had already been booked. Since then, we have been continuously requesting a refund of the session fee that was paid in advance; however, we have not received any positive response so far. While I understand that there may be company policies in place, in cases where students are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, some alternatives or options should be offered rather than a direct refusal, especially from a reputed institute. It is just my suggestions
