3 weeks agoTerrible administrative support and highly unprofessional conduct. While the maritime training courses here are standard, the desk administration is an absolute nightmare. A staff member named "Divya" in the Ambattur admin department is extremely rude, dismissive, and shows zero professionalism. When approached for critical documentation, course fees, or scheduling inquiries, she responds with clear carelessness, a hostile attitude, and highly disrespectful language. Dealing with her makes an otherwise important training environment completely stressful. Management needs to seriously audit their administrative desk and address her bad behavior... Completely useless admin staff always busy with mobile and with so much of attitude
