Role of NavyCourses
NavyCourses:
- Curates and verifies sellers before onboarding
- Reviews listings and products for basic quality and relevance
- Facilitates discovery and secure transactions (where applicable)
However, the seller remains responsible for:
- After-sale support
- Product delivery
- Course access
- Refunds, replacements, and cancellations
Seller-Specific Refund Policies
Each seller on NavyCourses may have their own:

- Cancellation terms
- Replacement or return conditions
Before making a purchase, users are encouraged to:
- Review the seller’s refund and return policy listed on the product page

Bookings, Events & Training Services
For bookings related to training courses, STCW programs, seminars, webinars, counselling sessions, or other time-bound services, refund and cancellation terms are defined by the respective provider and displayed on the listing page.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Digital Products (Recorded Courses, PDFs, Downloads)

Where payments are processed through NavyCourses, the platform may temporarily hold payouts to sellers in order to review disputes, verify claims, or comply with legal or payment gateway requirements.
NavyCourses reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for disputes handled through the platform, including approving or declining refund requests.
Users are encouraged to follow NavyCourses dispute resolution process before initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through banks or payment gateways.
Chargebacks raised without prior dispute escalation on the platform may result in account suspension or restricted access.
Quality Control & Seller Accountability
While NavyCourses does not process refunds directly, we take quality seriously.
Sellers who:
- Misrepresent products
- Fail to deliver as described
- Repeatedly ignore refund obligations
may face:
- Listing removal
- Seller suspension
- Permanent removal from the platform
