a month agoA team member from Great Ship Management, Ms. Summana Das, has been helpful to an extent,On the 14th, we informed her that we won't be able to attend the session (19th to 21st March) due to the non-availability of train tickets from Bangalore to Kolkata. Additionally, the airfare was extremely high and not affordable. We therefore requested a refund, which was declined on the grounds that the session had already been booked. Since then, we have been continuously requesting a refund of the session fee that was paid in advance; however, we have not received any positive response so far. While I understand that there may be company policies in place, in cases where students are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, some alternatives or options should be offered rather than a direct refusal, especially from a reputed institute. It is just my suggestions

6 months agoI have done a course from Great Ship Management but they have cheated me and the certificate they gave our is fake and this office charge a to much in the name of giving me work and they are ruining the future of the boys.
